  • 40-60 minute training sessions with Dan where he takes you through your personalized training program using his custom fit exercise approach.

  • Monthly remote coaching program. Dan will design a training and nutrition program customized to your personal fitness goal, current condition and available equipment. The program includes a 30-minute initial consultation, weekly email check-in, and ongoing text message access.

  • Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am
